When we pick up your package, we can send a Proof of Pickup email confirming that it’s now in Purolator’s network. And once it’s on a truck on its way to be delivered, we can send the receiver an Out for Delivery email so they’ll know to expect it that day.
To better ensure delivery to customers on the first attempt, buzzer codes can now be captured on E-Ship® Online and added to shipping labels.
When you use E-Ship® Online, you’ll find more ways to capture your customers’ email addresses and manage the kinds of notifications
they – and you – receive.
Our shipment notification emails have a new simplified and more user-friendly design. Best of all, they’re mobile-optimized! So customers can easily view them on smartphones and tablets when they’re on the go.
In addition, when you create shipments using Purolator E-Ship® Online, you can customize Shipment Created notification emails by adding a personal message to your customers.

2. A buzzer code will be added to a shipping label only if the buzzer code is entered in the receiver’s contact details when a shipment is created using Purolator E-Ship® Online.
